Utah and Rosalie are cornerstones for this Kate Wolf Festival. They set the mood and the pace, and they bring their memories and ancedotes of Kate Wolf to share with us.

It is certainly the highlight of this event for me to see these friends talk about their lives.

Rosalie is currently undergoing treatment for breast cancer. In fact, there was some question as to whether she would be able to make the festival.

There are a variety of events occurring across the county to benefit Rosalie and help with her medical expenses.

Rosalie told us about her father, Walter Stringfellow, who could walk on his hands for two full blocks. She remembered him with Waltzing with Bears.

Rosalie was celebrating her 65^th birthday this weekend, and Utah presented her with a hand-pump powered Russian army flashlight.

Rosalie sings to her friends in far-flung places and thanks everyone who has helped and cared for her.

Utah, who has his own health problems, says he is satisfied with the treatment that he is getting from his Zen acupuncturist, who throws darts at him while blindfolded.

Utah just cannot help himself; he has to say these things.
